Southland Custom Homes uses extensive quality control throughout construction, helping keep warranty work on our homes well below the national average. This benefits you by minimizing the time you may spend waiting for workers to resolve issues after you move in. However, should you need a repair, our warranty staff is available six days a week, and we will make every effort to complete warranty work with as little inconvenience to you and your family as possible.

While we do not receive many complaints, we take every complaint we do receive very seriously.
