We started the ball rolling and from start to finish was right at twelve months as Jodi had said it would be. There were a few minor problems as the build went on and Tod took care of them quickly when we brought them to his attention. In the end we have a home that is well built and was under budget. “Frankly I don't ever bother reviewing a company unless my experience with them was really bad, but Southland Homes did such a good job in helping us design and build our dream home I just had to let people know. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. Our new home is well built, the floorplan is great and it is so much more energy efficient then our old house. My only complaint would be that it took a couple months longer to complete than we planned for, but we did have a lot of rain while they were building the basement.”
